Our Irish lobster is sourced off the south coast of Ireland by local fisherman. The live lobsters are cooked to a traditional recipe and then placed in tubs filled with dill infused brine before sealing and gently pasteurising. Only fresh and natural ingredients are used so we guarantee the finest quality and flavour. Alternative recipes can also be prepared to meet the different international tastes and preferences.
Our Canadian lobsters are caught in the cool clear waters of the Northeast Atlantic. Live lobsters are carefully transported to our modern processing facilities in Ireland. The lobsters are freshly cooked to a traditional recipe of ripened lemons and fresh dill to produce this classic delicacy. The cooked lobsters are placed in special trays or tubs filled with delicious dill juices which are sealed and gently pasteurised.
